1. You are a factory or a trading company?
We are a Factory & Exporter localed in Shenzhen City of China,our factory address is 4F,Building H,ShangLiLang Industrial Park,10th FangXin RD., Buji Town, LongGang DIST., Shenzhen,GuangDong,China.


2.Do you have the products catalougue?
Yes,since we have many different items,we willl establish some links for download PDF products catalougue,kindly ask from our sales team.

3. Do your company send free samples?
Yes,but when we have the item you want on stock,and the shipping cost need to pay.Most of our items is for OEM/ODM,so sample making cost needed.

4 How to do if my quantity less than your MOQ?
Please check with our sales team about your expected quantity,we would like to do every efforts to satisfy with your demands if possible.
For some unusual materials or complex crafts items,need to order according to the MOQ.

5. How long will be the production lead time?
It depends on the detailed item/quantity/customers’OEM requirements. Normally,base on the MOQ,it takes 15-25 days after the deposit confirmed by our Finance Manager.

6. About payment
We accept T/T transfer advanced, PAYPAL and WESTERN UNION. For samples,we suggest to use paypal, it is quite fast,and we could start the sample making earlier.

7.about the shippment
We have few years experience for shiping by SEA,by AIR and by EXPRESS(UPS,DHL,FEDEX,TNT,EMS,Russia line,Thailand line).
If need the goods quite hurry,we suggest to use ship by EXPRESS/AIR(freight expensive).If goods quite heavy and not so hurry,we suggest to use ship by SEA(freight cheaper).

8. What is your return policy?
Any items you received is a factory-defective item, you may ask a return it for a reasonable discount,full refund, credit or exchange. All others returns.

9.Whether does the customer need to pay the customs duty?
Yes.Most pricing terms(Ex-Work,FOB,FCA,CNF/CFR,CIF,DDU) need buyer to pay the Customs duty,except the DDP.If you want us to quote DDP(price including the custom duty),you need offer us your detailed address advanced,then we ask our logistic agent to check for you.

10.Do you attend to Products Fair ?
Yes,when our designers have enough time to prepare some new idea products advanced,then we would like to attend some products show.
Till then,we will publish our fair info. on our website,and email you by email.
